Certified Executive Coach – Accredited Program has been approved with 21.5 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours by International Coaching Federation (ICF). It draws from the latest research findings in executive coaching to help you achieve new skills, techniques, coaching approaches, and knowledge about what works in practice. It is proved by science to be effective in executive coaching practice. This program will develop your executive coaching competencies and practice by bringing together a variety of psychological theories and models, business knowledge, and coaching skills. The Certified Executive Coaching Accredited Program is a unique combination of modules developed partly in response to peer coaching groups’ feedback to enhance coaching skills and outcomes in organizational settings. The program uses an integrated approach and aims to facilitate learning through experiential activities, reflection, peer coaching, and homework. Each module includes peer coaching with fellow participants, live supervision, and the opportunity to use the group for personal development.
